Iron Palm Striking Bag - Steel Shot Made out of heavy duty Durabag material for increased strength and durability. 10'' X 10'' Thick Canvas Bag with 2'' wide top section for hanging. The bag is hand constructed and filled with 18 pounds of steel shot. Training with this bag is strictly for resistance training. No health benefits are attributed to striking with steel shot. Start slow and use great care as striking too hard or too long with steel shot can cause serious injury. The use of Iron Palm Liniment or Dit Da Jow is a must! This bag should not be used without applying Iron Palm / Dit Da Jow liniment before, during and after training. Please note, color may vary between blue, gray or black.
