When Sifu Wing Lam’s teacher Chiu Wai visited the Wing Lam Kung Fu School in 2002, he taught a series of workshops on Hung Gar forms not in Lam Kwoon’s normal curriculum. Volume 1 Lau Gar Palm is a set from the Lau Gar system and is rarely seen in the US. This workshop will cover the entire form. This is a must for any true Hung Gar student to keep the tradition alive. (This is not the same form as Lau Gar Kuen). 36 minutes. Volume 2 Moi Fah Kuen is traditionally taught as a bridge between the more famous sets, Taming the Tiger and Tiger/Crane.
