It is also narrated in english and the sound is clear and understandable. The video is good, and the details of the form can be seen well but it is not to today's super sharp HD digital standards. The form itself is as stated, a shaolin form but has a distinct southern feel/flavor to it. It is a new DVD and comes in a soft paper sleeve for protection. NO REFUNDS ON DVD's.
